Carl & Josie Stephens
Pastor Carl Stephens was born in Shreveport, LA and grew up in Flint, MI. He graduated from the Teen Challenge program in April of 2004 where he continued in his education gaining his certification with the Assemblies of God. He is now licensed with the ministry of Teen Challenge. He currently serves as Pastor over the Dartmouth House of Correction's Teen Challenge program overseeing daily classes, outreach, retreats, and bi- weekly church services.
Pastor Carl started attending Christian Fellowship Center in New Bedford Ma in 2006. He became part of the Men's ministry as well as participating in the Sunday morning prayer. He has a heart after evangelism as well as coordinating outreaches in the communities of Brockton and New Bedford MA. Pastor Carl currently resides at the campus of the New England headquarters of Teen Challenge in Brockton, MA.
